Managing projects
This page covers the day-to-day housekeeping of projects: editing, notes, filtering, and archiving.
Editing a project
Open the project and use its settings to rename it or adjust its configuration — including its email digest preference and connected accounts.
Project notes
Each project has dated notes. Use them to log context that the change feed can't know: "client approved new creative 12 May", "budget increase agreed for EOFY push", "site migration scheduled next week". When you're later reading the change history, the notes explain why changes happened — which turns an audit log into a story you can hand to a client.
Filtering changes
Within a project, the change list can be filtered by campaign, change type, severity, and date — the same filters as the reporting table. Filters are how you turn "347 changes this month" into the six that matter for today's question.
Archiving a project
When an engagement ends, archive the project rather than trying to clean it out. Archiving removes it from your active views but retains all of its data — the change history stays intact, which is exactly what you want if a question about the account comes up later.
